Food & Beverage Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of food courts and ensure smooth, efficient business operations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service are consistently maintained.
- Lead, coach, and supervise outlet management teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses to achieve budget and profitability targets.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse operational performance and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and escalated matters promptly and professionally.
- Plan manpower requirements, staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
