IT Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for IT Engineers with energy, ambition and a passion for technology. You will be providing support services and implementation of infrastructure and software for the clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Network & server infrastructure
• Firewall security
• Microsoft 365
• CCTV software
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Desktop/Notebook/Printer system
• Maintain and monitoring computer systems and networks.
• Provide IT infrastructure support – server, printer, router, network switches etc
• Identify, resolve and escalate problems and find solutions
• Provide day-to-day technical support in maintaining the information system, including responsibility for ensuring processes and outputs are error-free

Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in IT or Infrastructure related field.
• At least 1–3 years of IT experience, hardware and software (preferably in tech, security, or B2B solutions).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Positive work attitude, willing to self-learn and share information.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to complete tasks independently without supervison
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work night shift (occasionally)
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn about AI & security systems.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
