任职资格
持有机械工程、制造工程或相关领域的文凭。
欢迎应届毕业生，并提供入职培训。
具备基本英语、马来西亚语和中文的沟通能力，能够理解操作手册和进行日常交流。
熟悉机器操作流程，能够按照标准操作程序进行生产。
具备解决问题的能力，能够快速诊断和排除机器故障。
工作认真负责，注重细节，能够保证生产质量。
身体健康，能够适应站立式工作环境。
岗位职责
操作和维护生产设备，确保其正常运行，并及时排除故障。
严格按照操作规程和安全标准进行生产操作，确保生产过程的安全和稳定。
监控生产过程中的各项参数，如温度、压力、速度等，并进行记录和调整，以保证产品质量。
定期对设备进行清洁、润滑和保养，延长设备的使用寿命。
配合技术人员进行设备维修和改造，提高设备的性能和效率。
参与生产过程中的质量检验，及时发现和处理质量问题，确保产品符合质量标准。
完成上级安排的其他生产相关任务。
