Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in handling legal and compliance matters relating to capital market and corporate finance transactions.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
• Liaise with external solicitors, regulators, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and provide support on regulatory and corporate matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of legal records.
• Assist in corporate exercises, due diligence, and advisory assignments.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in legal, corporate finance, or capital market related matters.
• Knowledge or interest in capital market and corporate finance will be an added advantage.
• Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, meticulous, and willing to learn.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
