Operation Trainer (West Malaysia)

Job Overview
The Operation Trainer (West Malaysia) is responsible for delivering standardized training and operational support across West Malaysia outlets, including Ai-CHA and ZhengDa stores. The role ensures all franchise partners and store teams consistently execute company operational standards and deliver high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Store Opening Support
-Conduct new store opening training, ensuring smooth launch and compliance with company standards
-Deliver training in product preparation, equipment operation, customer service, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
-Support franchise partners and store teams to achieve required operational readiness before and after opening

2. Operational Coaching & Field Support
-Conduct regular store visits for audit, coaching, and operational evaluation
-Identify operational gaps and provide actionable improvement recommendations
-Support continuous improvement in product quality, service standards, and operational efficiency

3. Product, Promotion & Policy Implementation
-Deliver training on new product launches, marketing campaigns, and updated company policies
-Ensure accurate execution of all HQ initiatives across all outlets

4. System Training & Digital Support (RESTO System & Platforms)
-Train staff and franchisees on RESTO system functions including ordering, cashiering, inventory management, and reporting
-Support system installation, data verification, and system migration during store setup
-Assist stores in integrating delivery platforms and ensuring smooth system operations

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
-Prepare training reports and evaluate training effectiveness
-Track store improvement progress after training and provide follow-up support
-Monitor compliance with operational standards and ensure continuous improvement

6. Additional Support
-Participate in exhibitions, brand events, and special projects as required
-Provide on-site operational support across West Malaysia states based on business needs
-Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
-Good communication and training skills, able to conduct training and on-site coaching independently
-Basic understanding of store operations, food safety, and customer service standards
-Able to identify problems and provide practical solutions
-Able to coordinate work and follow through tasks effectively
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Willing to travel frequently across West Malaysia for training and store support
-Responsible, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure
