Production Line Operator

Requirements:

Age range within 18 to 40 years ONLY.

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. (PMR with Experience)

Able to read and understand basic English.

Able to work in a factory environment.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.


Responsibility:

Operate automated production line equipment.

Monitor machine performance and control panel indicators.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Assist in achieving daily production targets.

Comply with workplace safety regulations.


Benefits:

OT is guaranteed every day — salary can exceed RM3000!
Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM1,900 (Based on qualifications)

Interview Venue :Linergy Power Sdn Bhd, Serendah, Selangor

Allowances: Transportation Allowance: RM200/month
2. Meal Allowance: RM10/day.
3. Attendance Allowance: RM150 - RM300
4. Night Shift Allowance: up to RM260
Working Hours (Shift System): 5 Working Days
Day Shift: 8AM – 8PM (Includes 3 hours OT)
Night Shift: 8PM – 8AM (Includes 3 hours OT)


Overtime (OT) Calculation:

Weekdays (After working hours): 1.5x salary
Sundays: 2x salary
Public Holidays: 3x salary
