* Receive project information, drawings, and LA documents from QS for upcoming projects

* Follow up with site teams for measurements, drawings, and photos to prepare monthly progress claims
跟进工地测量、图纸及照片，以准备每月工程进度索赔
* Prepare and submit progress claims according to client deadlines

* Prepare hardcopy documents for claim verification and approval
准备索赔文件正本供客户审核及签署
* Ensure all returned documents are signed, verified, and properly filed
确保所有文件已签署、审核并妥善归档
* Prepare Variation Orders (VO) for additional or omission works
准备额外或删减工程的 VO 文件
* Update Google Drive and coordinate with QS for claim certificates
更新 Google Drive 并与 QS 协调索赔证书事项
* Prepare retention sum claims for applicable projects
准备相关工程的保留金索赔
* Update daily task schedules in Google Sheet / platform
更新 Google Sheet / 平台每日工作进度
* Coordinate with consultants, QS, and site supervisors to solve issues
与顾问、QS 及工地主管协调及解决问题

Requirements / 任职要求
* Minimum 1-2 years QS-related working experience
至少 1-2 年工程测量相关经验
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
工程测量相关学位
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
熟悉 Microsoft Office（尤其 Excel 与 Word）
* Basic AutoCAD knowledge
具备基本 AutoCAD 知识
* Basic calculation and mathematical knowledge
具备基本计算及数学能力
* Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
能以马来文及英文沟通
* Good communication and negotiation skills
良好沟通及谈判能力
* Teamwork and time management skills
具备团队合作及时间管理能力
