Quantity Surveyor（QS）– Maintenance

Job Description / 职位描述

* Prepare quotations, costing, and maintenance claims
准备报价、成本预算及维护工程索赔
* Monitor maintenance project costs and work progress
跟进维护工程成本及施工进度
* Conduct site measurements and verify completed works
进行现场测量及核实已完成工程
* Prepare and submit progress claims according to schedule
根据进度准备及提交工程索赔文件
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
与客户、顾问、分包商及现场团队协调沟通
* Prepare VO for additional or reduction works
准备额外或删减工程 VO 文件
* Ensure all documents are properly recorded and filed
确保所有文件妥善记录及归档
* Update project progress and daily tasks in Google Sheet / platform
更新 Google Sheet / 平台工程进度及每日工作
* Attend site meetings and solve project-related issues
出席工地会议及协助解决工程问题

Requirements / 任职要求
* Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
工程测量或相关科系文凭 / 学位
* Minimum 1–2 years working experience in maintenance or construction industry
具 1–2 年维护工程或建筑行业经验
* Familiar with costing, claims, and contract documentation
熟悉成本控制、索赔及合约文件
* Able to read drawings and BQ
能阅读图纸及 BQ
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
熟悉 Microsoft Excel 与 Word
* Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
具基本 AutoCAD 知识者优先
* Good communication and coordination skills
良好沟通及协调能力
* Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
能独立工作及处理多个工程项目
