About The Role

Plays a key role supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating sales activities. Assist in handling customer inquiries by providing product information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience that fosters strong client relationships.

What You Will Do

Assist potential students by providing detailed program information, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the enrolment process while ensuring all required documents and payments are completed accurately.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp, providing prompt and professional responses to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Manage sales operations by updating CRM systems, tracking enrolment data, and generating reports to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.

Support the planning and execution of sales events, webinars, and preview sessions to engage potential students and drive enrolments.

Oversee the administrative onboarding process for new students, ensuring they receive the necessary resources, guidance, and support for a seamless start to their program.
