Sales Executive

Requirements

Brand: BMAI
To grow sales and expand the distribution of sports apparel products across assigned territories by developing stron
g relationships with retailers and sports specialty stores while strengthening the brand presence in the market.
Location: We are hiring across regions in Malaysia: Northern, Central, Southern, and East Malaysia.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth
. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company requirement.
. Expand distribution coverage across sporting goods stores, lifestyle retailers, and department stores.
. Identify and onboard new retail partners.
. Drive seasonal sell-in and sell-through performance.

2. Retailer Management
. Build strong relationships with sports specialty retailers and any other potential retailers.
. Monitor stock levels to ensure the availability of key sizes, colors, and fast-moving SKUs.
. Conduct regular sell-out tracking and inventory checks.
. Support retailers with assortment planning and replenishment.

3. Brand Visibility & Merchandising
. Ensure proper in-store display, merchandising, and brand presentation.
. Monitor compliance with brand guidelines (visual merchandising standards).
. Coordinate the installation of POS materials, mannequins, and promotional displays.
. Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand positioning aligns with premium/sport performance image.

4. Market Intelligence
. Track competitor brands such as Asics, Hoca, Saucony.
. Monitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
. Provide feedback on consumer trends (athleisure, performance wear, sustainability demand).
5. Order, Collection & Credit Control
. Manage order processing and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
. Monitor payment collections and ensure credit compliance.
. Reduce aging balances and improve collection cycles.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
. Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
. Analyze SKU performance by size, category (running, training, team sports), and gender segment.
. Track KPIs such as sell-through rate, stock turn, and average order value.
