Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding E-Bumi’s market presence across retail, SME, corporate, and public sector segments. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales execution to achieve company targets and build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and sales training sessions.
• Provide guidance on negotiation, closing techniques, and account management.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members.

Hands-on Sales & Key Account Management
• Personally handle key accounts, corporate clients, and high-value projects.
• Support complex deal negotiations and major proposals.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
• Ensure strong customer relationships and long-term retention.

Sales Operations & Reporting
• Carry sales target, monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion performance.
• Ensure proper documentation for quotations, contracts, and proposals.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Product & Market Leadership
• Stay updated on AI CCTV, analytics, and sound system technologies.
• Guide the team on product positioning and solution selling.
• Ensure the sales team delivers accurate and professional product presentations.
