工作职责"
"领导/贡献核心交易模块、定价系统和资产上市/退市流程。",
"通过整合交易业务中的孤立账户来解决资本利用率低的问题（业务目标）。",
"负责自有资产上线/下线、保证金计算、核心交易基础设施开发。",
"统一账户项目、主导/参与核心交易模块、公式体系、上下币流程等。",
"统一账户项目业务层面主要解决不同交易业务账户不互通导致资金利用率低的问题。",
"负责上下币、保证金计算、与核心交易模块建设等。"

"岗位要求:
"5年以上专业经验，优先考虑2年以上统一账户系统/核心交易平台开发经验的候选人。",
"强大的编码纪律，具有干净、可维护且结构良好的代码风格。",
"出色的沟通能力、团队合作能力、快速学习能力以及成熟的技术挑战问题解决能力。",
"5年以上工作经验，2年以上统一账户/核心交易研发工作经验优先。",
"具有良好的编程习惯，简洁明了的代码风格。",
"良好的沟通能力与表达能力、团队协作能力、学习能力和攻克技术难点的能力。"
