Senior Sourcing Executive

Continuously improving Purchase Price Variance (PPV).

(State down the Job Function) Initiate and lead local/alternate sourcing, benchmarking, and detailed pricing analysis.

Negotiate critical commercial and logistical terms, including payment terms and Incoterms.

Execute sourcing in accordance with the defined Approved Vendor List (AVL).

Support all RFQ activities for new and established customers.

Act as the key contact between suppliers and internal SQE, Business Unit, and Engineering teams to complete new component qualification.

Drive down cost, lead time, and MOQ across the supply chain.

Conduct supplier audits, both planned and emergency, to verify compliance.

Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers to monitor their capacity, production readiness, and material pipeline.

Coordinate & lead supplier performance rating using a structured scorecard system.

Manage and ensure the proper creation and upkeep Vendor Codes in accordance to company requirements.
