Shipping Coordinator

任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferab in LMW operations.
3. Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and compliance.
4. Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

岗位职责
1. Ensure compliance to all Import and Export regulations.
2. Development and maintenance critical customs and licensing activities to facilitate the shipment in and out of the factory.
3. Liaising with custom and relevant government authorities (i.e: MIDA, MITI, LMW etc).
4. Ensure company is following guideline as per custom manual / handbook.
5. Ensuring all shipping and receiving documents is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
6. Monitoring shipment / cargo movement.
7. Follow up action for ETA shipping.
8. Prepare and submit reports to the authority / management review.
9. Perform any other general administration duties from time to time.
10. Understand on the requirements for a QMS, Including documented informations, planning and determining process interactions.
11. Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
