岗位职责
-负责抖音、微博、微信等新媒体账号运营
-策划热点营销内容，提升账号流量与用户活跃
-撰写活动文案及推广内容
-分析运营数据，优化推广效果

任职要求
-20–30岁，大专及以上学历
-对社媒有基础了解
-熟悉抖音、快手、头条等平台
-网感强，对热点敏感
-具备良好沟通及团队协作能力
-有新媒体运营经验优先

面试要求
-需提供相关剪辑作品

工作时间
-10:00–20:00
-6休1

薪资待遇
-2K–10K + 绩效 + 全勤
-转正后绩效0–3K
