We are a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company with core business in GPS and Telecommunications related products. Incorporated on 9 November 1996 and was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 26 November 1997. Currently, the Company is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and the provision of management services whilst the Group is mainly involved in the following :- Distribution of telematics products and trading of electronic and telecommunications related products; Development of geographical information systems and related products' research and development; Contractors for installation, jointing and testing of utilities, telecommunication and fibre optic cables and associated civil works; Property development; and Property investment and investment holding.
