Job Description
Location: Puncak Alam Warehouse
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 530pm
Job Responsibilities:
Support in warehouse daily operation.
Maintain customer relationship development and service improvement to address on issue faced.
Assist for preparing billing and manage customer accounts, ensure accuracy in billing processes and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Monitor on service quality performance to ensure meeting client's expectations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Warehouse Operation, Fulfillment, Logistics related field
Good understanding of Warehouse Operation will be an advantage
Comfortable in working in warehouse environment & 6 day work week
