Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in the planning, design, and coordination of civil, structural, and mechanical engineering activities.

Assist in the creation of design documents, drawings, and drafts for project budgeting and feasibility studies.

Communicate with regulatory authorities, consultants, and contractors regarding project developments and requirements.

Engage in value management initiatives to optimize costs while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Prepare project cost estimates and manage contract administration, including correspondence related to project activities.

Work with project teams to manage contractual claims, such as variation orders and extensions of time.

Oversee contract administration tasks and manage site procurement controls.

Evaluate progress claims from subcontractors and finalize accounts with suppliers.

Conduct inspections and monitor construction stages, including piling, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works, as well as external and infrastructure developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management or construction.

Familiarity with project development processes and procedures.
