Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Junior Executive to support our finance team in handling day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with some accounting experience to build a strong foundation in finance.

Responsibilities:

Handle and manage payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Perform accurate data entry for invoices, ensuring alignment with Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and quotations.

Ensure timely payments to avoid late fees or overdue accounts.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve outstanding invoices and related issues.

Prepare creditor aging reports and support timely month-end closing.

Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date financial records.

Ensure that all creditor invoices are supported by approved and valid Purchase Orders before submitting for payment approval.

Prepare administrative letters.

Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/Degree/Higher Graduation in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of accounting software is a bonus.
