Supply Chain Management Senior Executive
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain (overseas supplier & customer), production planning, procurement, preferably in manufacturing industry.

Skilled in SAP or other ERP systems for production planning, procurement, and inventory management.

Strong knowledge of import/ export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and LMW requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Principle Responsibilities:
Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Control, Logistics & Supplier Management for OEM division

Scope of duties:
1.Production Planning

Develop and revise production plans based on customer forecasts and orders.

Monitor production progress and resolve any issues to prevent delivery delays.

Maintain communication with customers on forecast updates and order status.

2.Procurement

Source and purchase materials/components according to production needs and lead times.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage procurement risks.

Evaluate and recommend new suppliers or materials as needed.

3.Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and production stoppages.

Maintain optimal safety stock based on forecast and lead times.

Conduct regular stock counts and manage material quality in storage.

4.Logistics

Coordinate delivery arrangements and prepare related shipping documents.

Liaise with transporters and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.

Handle custom clearance and documentation, including LMW where applicable.

5.Supplier Management

Communicate with suppliers on orders, risks, and performance.

Conduct evaluations and assessments of current and potential suppliers.

6.Others

Support cross-functional coordination and maintain workplace cleanliness (5S).

Represent department in meetings and handle relevant ad-hoc tasks.

Remuneration Package:
Regular working hour from 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday (option to apply for flexi hour)
