About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at LAKSAMANA USAHA NOODLE PRODUCTS SDN. BHD.' in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring efficient customer service.

What you'll be doing

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining customer records
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to any issues or concerns
Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documents
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales administration processes and procedures
What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or customer service role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the sales department
