Dive into the full transaction cycle, from Registration to Claim Processing, ensuring seamless operations.

Perform data and document verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ensure timely delivery of services in compliance with local policies, rules, and regulations, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Handle inquiries professionally and build strong relationships with key authorities.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or degree in Any related field—Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!

Attention to detail.

SPM with solid deskbound corporate experience can be considered too.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in English and Mandarin (regional support).
