What you'll be doing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger

Process invoices, payments and receipts in a timely manner

Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports

Provide administrative support, such as managing files, scheduling appointments and responding to queries

Support the preparation of financial statements and tax returns

Assist in maintaining databases by entering, updating, and retrieving data as needed

Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary information and support overall company operations

Assist on any ad-hoc job duties given by superior from time to time

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as SQL

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Solid administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
