Job Description
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in English (Written) and Mandarin (spoken).
Responsibilities
Assist in job postings
Prepare offer letters
Maintain and update employee personal files
Assist in preparing HR-related letters and monthly HR reports.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager
