Job Description

The GPL Training & Standards team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential, while developing their own career in Training.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage training workshop processes.

Manage Human Resource Development Corporation claim processes.

Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparations, trainee/trainer support, training registration and feedback.

Support team in maintaining trainees' learning progress and history.

Participate in training department events & activities.

Participate in other events/programs as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or 3rd/4th year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.

Possess an interest in people development.

Have good communication skills (Malay & English). Mandarin and dialects will be an added advantage due to dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Have good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).

Well-organized, proactive, open-minded, responsible and supportive.
