Job Description

As a valued member of our team, your role is essential in supporting the sales team, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations.



Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers with project introductions.

Provide briefings on property features, benefits, and pricing.

Assist in preparing and arranging sales agreements, booking forms, and other related documents.

Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure high satisfaction.

Support sales launches, property tours, and promotional events.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accurate order processing.

Maintain organized filing for sales documents and client information.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed.



Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in sales or property development is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Customer-focused with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work weekends or public holidays, if required.
