We are a ISO 9001 QMS certified retail company , seeking for a passionate and result driven regional retail sales and operation manager.

Responsibilities

Accountable for overall achievement of regional retail sales target.

Retail experience enhancement.

Ensure smooth daily retail operations and maintain high standards of compliances to SOP and KPI.

Execute Merchant program for Interior Designer , developer and cooperate client.

Develop and implement retail sales activities and programs aligning to the business strategies.

Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of channel sales with the aim of escalating the sales growth.

Conduct a solid market analysis with the good recommendation on the next action plan to maintain the Company's competitive edges.

Establish the annual sales forecasts, prepare, and develop competitive sales and marketing plan and implementation strategy.

Involve in planning and running roadshow and events together with the retail store team.

Data analysis and identify key areas to improve the sales performance base on the data.

Lead, motivate and develop the sales team in meeting sales objectives including pursuing sales leads and enquiries, pricing strategy, exploring new sales opportunities and regular pre-sales follow up or servicing and effective product selling.

Manage sales conversion cycle starting from sales lead and measure the conversion rate reporting for management review.

Organize weekly and monthly meeting.

Guide and manage the customer complaint together with the retail team.

Work closely with Marketing and Digital Marketing team.

Passion for Home Living and refreshing seasonal home packages for customer by working with product and design team.



Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proven capabilities in negotiating, influencing, communication and presentation skill.

Management, Presentation, Problem solving and Negotiation skill.

Able to work alternate weekend.

Off 6 days a month.
