Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, ICT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years of experience coordinating projects involving CCTV, surveillance systems, ICT infrastructure, or passive network installations.
Prior involvement in government, telco, or smart city projects is an added advantage.
Technical Competence:
Familiar with surveillance systems (IP-based CCTV, NVR, VMS, analytics).
Understanding of cabling works (fiber, UTP), power requirements, and network architecture.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SLDs, and site layout plans.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), and document management tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask across multiple sites and regions.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and deadline orientation.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
PMP / PRINCE2 / CAPM will be advantages
ITIL Foundation or Service Management knowledge
CCTV Integrator Certification will be advantages but not mandatory
OSHA/EHS/TM Site Safety Passport (CIDB Green Card, NIOSH or equivalent)
Working Conditions:
Regional travel to project sites is required (70–80%).
Work at construction or active sites; PPE compliance is mandatory.
Must be flexible to work weekends or outside normal hours during cutovers or commissioning.

Responsibilities
1. Project Implementation & Site Coordination
Coordinate the rollout of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, VMS, storage, switches, cabling) at assigned sites.
Supervise and monitor contractors’ installation and commissioning works.
Conduct regular site visits to track progress, inspect quality, and resolve implementation issues.
Ensure all installation activities follow approved design drawings, specifications, and site safety requirements.
Validate site readiness (power, network, access) before commencement of installation work.
2. Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Act as the main liaison between central PMO, regional site stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
Coordinate and schedule installation activities with site owners, security departments, and building management.
Verify that vendor deliverables meet scope, quality, and compliance expectations.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports covering work progress, site status, issues, and resolutions.
Verify and compile all project documents including test reports, installation checklists, user acceptance test (UAT) forms, and as-built drawings.
Ensure all project documentation is properly recorded and handed over to the relevant teams.
4. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure installation complies with local laws, safety standards, and smart security design specifications.
Support EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) audits and inspections at the sites.
Participate in UAT and perform quality checks on completed installations.
5. Risk, Issue, and Change Management
Identify and escalate site-level risks or constraints affecting schedule or scope.
Recommend and coordinate mitigation plans for delayed or problematic sites.
Assist with managing change requests, variation orders, or rescheduling needs as approved by the project manager.
