Responsibilities

Job Responsibility

Responsible for the management of receipt and delivery of materials in accordance with company management regulations.
Responsible for the inventory management of warehouse materials to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
Comply between warehouse and clients schedule.
Handling in-coming sales order, invoice, picking list, etc.
Communicate with clients regarding stock demand and explaining the actual situations if unwanted event occurred.
Responsible for other work matters assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements

Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Technical Secondary School, Degree or above.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Familiar with warehouse management processes and more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in using office software, especially Excel.
Strong execution ability and certain team management experience.
Rigorous work attitude, serious and responsible work.
