Job Description

To assist and attend all Project Meeting / Technical Meeting.

To record Minutes of Meeting.

To prepare outgoing correspondence for the department’s personnel

To assist Vice President for the preparation of project documentation on project reports to government and other project documentation control.

To monitor quality of works at site to ensure the quality requirement is met.

To ensure architectural drawings are issued on time and available at site.

To coordinate and resolve issues/problems which relate to architectural works at site.

To defect any discrepancies on drawings and raise Request For Information (RFI).

To liaise with C&S, Electrical Departments and Consultants/Architect on coordination works.

Review and comment on Method Statement, Samples, Request for Information (RFI), Daily Site Dairy and Non-Conformance Report (NCR).

To follow-up with Architect on all outstanding Method Statements, Samples and RFIs.

Involve in inspection such as at site and factory.

Attend meetings such as Site Coordination Meeting and Monthly Site Meeting.

To prepare the site report on Architectural works on weekly and monthly basis.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in C&S Engineering / Architectural/ Property Development

Relevant Experience

1 - 3 years experiences in construction / property development. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
