Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years' administrative or customer service experience (experience in MM2H/travel industry is an advantage).
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Responsible, resourceful, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities

MM2H & Immigration Support:

Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting MM2H applications and renewal documents.
Liaise with immigration departments, ministries, and government agencies (e.g., MOTAC, Immigration Malaysia, JPN, etc.) for updates and submissions.
Monitor application statuses and proactively follow up with relevant parties to ensure smooth processing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on MM2H regulations, document requirements, and policy updates.
Administrative & Operational Support:

Perform general office administration such as filing, scanning, data entry, record keeping, and supplies management.
Maintain an accurate filing system (both digital and hard copy) for all clients and internal documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and correspondences.
Prepare business letters, invoices, client forms, and internal memos.
Client Coordination:

Assist in welcoming and attending to foreign clients, both virtually and in person.
Coordinate appointments and accompany clients to relevant departments (e.g., medical check-ups, bank opening, visa stamping).
Handle customer service enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, or walk-ins.
Follow up with clients to ensure documentation and procedures are in order.
Travel & Booking Support:

Assist with flight bookings, hotel reservations, local tours, and travel insurance arrangements.
Work with tour agencies and travel partners to deliver customised travel packages.
Coordinate airport pickup and relocation arrangements for MM2H clients.
Event & Project Support:

Support the planning and execution of client briefings, seminars, and company events.
Coordinate logistics and materials for exhibitions, travel fairs, and client onboarding sessions.
