Key Responsibilities:

Support new client onboarding and verification (KYC/AML)

Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations

Monitor client trading activity and reconcile accounts

Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting & data entry

Handle deposit/withdrawal requests and internal fund transfers

Identify and help resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in an operations/back-office role (preferably in fintech or finance)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data

Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
