Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.

Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.

Facilitate employee onboarding process including orientation, document collection, and system access.

Maintain employee personal files and ensure completeness.

Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and clearance.

Maintain and update employee records in Payroll System.

Assist in preparation of HR-related letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, etc.).

Track and monitor probation periods, contract expiry, and confirmation due dates.

Monitor and record daily attendance.

Verify and update leave records and medical certificates.

Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

Compile monthly overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related information.

Support payroll processing by providing accurate and timely data.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and training.

Support the distribution of uniforms, ID cards, and HR communications.

Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and labor laws.

Maintain proper filing of HR documents (both physical and digital).

Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR matters.

Assist in any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or management.
