Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to key corporate decision-makers and potential delegates across various industries to our conferences and events (don’t worry — we’ll train you!).
Research and qualify leads to build a solid sales pipeline.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of each event, tailoring the pitch to the prospect’s industry and job function.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintaining regular follow-ups to close deals.
Ability to generate leads on your own.
Smash your weekly and monthly sales targets (and earn commissions doing it!).
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide daily report to Manager
Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to understand event content and ensure alignment in outreach.
Stay informed on industry trends to enhance relevance and approach in client conversations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Fresh Grads are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience in B2B sales, tele sales, or delegate acquisition (experience in the events/conferences industry is a plus) is a plus.
Ability to perform cold calls and convert leads into paying customers.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written – clear communication and persuasive sales language is a must as you will need to communicate with overseas clients.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
