Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in various HR processes, with a primary focus on recruitment support, employee records management, and day-to-day administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracking sheet.

2. HR Administrative Tasks

Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Help maintain employee records and ensure document accuracy.

Support in preparing HR-related letters and documents (e.g., internship offer letters, confirmation letters).

3. General Administrative Support

Maintain office supplies and ensure stationery stock is up to date.

Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing company documents.

Support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team.

4. Other Ad Hoc Duties

Participate in HR-related projects or events (e.g., employee engagement activities).

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.
