JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Carry out the general correspondence independently or otherwise as instructed.

2. To compile and update Sales records on a daily and weekly basis to facilitate reports.

3. Typing, filing and updating of confidential and other general administration documents.

4. Issue purchase order return order by buyer approved then email back to supplier

5. To co-ordinate and manage all correspondences relating to our forwarders and overseas suppliers.

6. Liaising, communicating and dealing with other departments on relevant official matters concerning them.

7. Lead the data requirement such as LSBC and Perishable Inventory / profit controller.

8. Supporting general documentation of merchandising division.


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Admin / Business Management and other relevant discipline

2. Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel)

3. A team player with leadership skills, independent and has negotiating and analytical skills.
