Requirements

Minimum LCCI Level 3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in a similar role will be given priority
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount is a plus).
Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial accounts for multiple companies
Support in handling legal documentation and liaising with external parties (law firms, government agencies, etc.)
Provide administrative assistance in company secretarial matters, including document filing, resolutions, and statutory records
Perform data entry, account reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping
Assist in preparing documents for audit, tax filing, and regulatory compliance
Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for documentation and follow-up matters
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
