Job Description / 工作职责:

Collection of property maintenance fees and miscellaneous payments, attend to owners’ inquiries, complaints, and follow up with contractors for rectification works.
收取物业管理费及杂费，处理业主询问与投诉，并跟进承包商的维修及整改工作。

Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining management files.
负责管理文件的建立、更新与保管。

Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, and maintenance team on property inspection, maintenance, and related issues.
协调项目经理、承包商及维修团队，处理物业检查及维修相关事宜。

Ensure smooth handover of property and provide effective solutions to owners.
确保物业顺利交接，并为业主提供有效的解决方案。

Timely reporting of incidents and emergencies to the Project Manager/management.
及时向项目经理/管理层报告各类突发事件与紧急状况。

Maintain good customer relationships with JMB (Joint Management Body) and residents.
与联合管理机构（JMB）及居民保持良好关系。

Assist in organizing community events and publicity work.
协助策划社区活动及宣传事务。

Follow up on defect inspection, documentation, reporting, and ensure contractors carry out rectification within the defect liability period (DLP).
跟进建筑缺陷的检查、记录、报告，并确保承包商在保修期内完成整改工作。

Participate in building inspections, unit handovers, and technical defect assessments when necessary. Candidates with background in valuation, building engineering or related technical fields are encouraged.
可参与建筑查验、单位交付及技术性缺陷评估。拥有估价、建筑工程或相关技术背景者优先考虑。

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or the Company.
完成项目经理或公司交办的其他任务。



Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/A-Level/Diploma/Degree in any field.
拥有SPM、STPM、A-Level、文凭或学士学位（不限科系）。

At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service / Property Management / Real Estate / Property Developer.
至少一年客户服务、物业管理、房地产或发展商相关经验。

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
需具备良好华语能力，以便与讲华语的客户沟通。

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
具备良好沟通、协调与解决问题的能力。

Candidates with background in valuation, building engineering, building surveying or related technical fields will be an added advantage.
具有估价、建筑工程、楼宇检测或相关技术背景者优先考虑。
