Job Scope

Handled all reception duties, including answering incoming calls, managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier arrangements, scheduling meeting rooms, and coordinating orders and distribution for business cards and office stationery.

Delivered administrative support for the Finance and Administration Department, ensuring seamless operational workflow.

Supervised facility operations, which involved planning maintenance routines, overseeing repair tasks, ensuring facilities remained in top condition, and adhering to local safety and regulatory requirements.

Maintained consistent inventory and ensured timely restocking of pantry and office supplies to support office needs without disruption.

Conducted monthly environmental, health, and safety (EHS) checks alongside the GFE Manager, monitoring fire safety equipment and identifying potential workplace hazards.

Served as the Malaysia Security Administrator, managing access card systems, registering visitors, and onboarding new staff into the access control platform.

Provided support in coordinating and executing corporate events and internal functions as needed.

Carried out finance administrative duties for the Finance and GFE departments by raising PRs and POs, ensuring adherence to sourcing and compliance policies, and preparing accrual data for financial forecasting and planning.

Undertook additional tasks and special assignments as required by the department.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management.

1-3 years of working experience as receptionist and admin role.

Good time management, communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.

Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.

The candidate able to work in fast-paced environment.

Contract & Permanent Role available.
