About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at a leading IT House as an Admin Executive / PA. As a key member of the administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to our senior management. This full-time role is based in Ampang Kuala Lumpur, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

Managing the daily calendar and scheduling appointments for senior executives

Preparing meeting agendas, documents and taking detailed meeting minutes

Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and correspondence

Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service

Assisting with event planning and coordination

Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an admin executive or personal assistant

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
