Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to understand web and mobile app testing requirements and overall business needs.

Coordinate testing activities, including developing detailed test plans, creating comprehensive test cases, tracking defects, and preparing insightful reports for stakeholders.

Perform thorough testing across various types, such as functional, performance, regression, and end-to-end testing, while verifying issue resolutions to ensure both front-end and back-end functionality meet standards.

Continuously improve and implement QA standards, focusing on test planning, test data preparation, and incorporating test automation to optimize efficiency.

Design and execute detailed test scripts to ensure complete coverage of application functionalities and validate software quality.

Establish and analyze quality assurance metrics, such as defect density, test coverage, and test status, to communicate progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide practical suggestions for enhancing product quality based on testing results and user feedback.



Ideal Candidate Profile:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance.

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Proficient in QA best practices, including test case management, version control, and defect tracking.

Experience in functional, performance, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and mobile app testing.

Scripting and test automation skills are a plus.

Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior QA Engineer role.
