Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Language required: English, Mandarin
1–2 years’ experience in AP/AR or general accounting (fresh grads welcome)
Required skills: Data Entry, Invoicing, Microsoft Excel, Account Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, Communication
Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Business Central, Quick Book, Info Tech Account, SQL, AutoCount, Quick Book ) is a plus
Good attention to detail, time management, and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to support cross-border (Singapore) operations
Responsibilities



Perform general accounting tasks including data entry of vendor invoices, issuing sales invoices, and bank reconciliations
Prepare payments, cheques, and other related documents
Maintain detailed records of purchases, sales, receipts, and receivables reports for management and audit
Handle supplier invoices, payment preparation & reconciliations (AP)
Issue invoices, monitor collections & follow up with clients (AR)
Assist in month-end closing & financial documentation
Cooperate with internal departments to prepare accounting documentation
Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in collection
