Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across multiple exhibitions.

· Identify new revenue streams, upselling opportunities and areas for market expansion.

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, sales coaching, and skills development plans.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, industry partners, and associations.

· Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry functions to increase brand visibility and presence.

· Monitor sales performance, generate sales reports and provide insights to management.

· Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

· Ensure accuracy and timely updates in CRM systems and reporting tools.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver successful exhibitions.

· Contribute to event concept development and provide market-driven feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within the exhibitions/events industry.

· Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales management.

· Willingness to travel and attend local/international events.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves dealing with clients from China and Taiwan.
