Requirements

Achieve at least Diploma certificate in marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the food and beverage.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and advertising campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Technical Expertise and proficient in using marketing and advertising software, such as Adobe (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Energetic and creative individual with a passion for building and promoting brands.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital and print advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and advertising activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage and oversee the work of any marketing and advertising agencies or vendors.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends.
