Requirements

Possess a Diploma in a relevant technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support, specifically within a helpdesk or customer service environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking users and stakeholders.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems, including user enrollment, troubleshooting access issues, and providing user support.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and related technologies, with the ability to assist users in navigating and utilizing these services effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to Mandarin-speaking users via phone, email, and chat, addressing issues related to Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and other company-supported applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and network connectivity, escalating complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
Assist users with setting up and configuring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security, providing clear instructions and guidance in Mandarin and English.
Create and maintain accurate documentation of common technical issues and their resolutions in both Mandarin and English to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
Collaborate with other IT support teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues, contributing to the overall improvement of IT service delivery.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as software deployments and system upgrades, providing technical support and ensuring smooth transitions for Mandarin-speaking users.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions to user productivity.
