Requirements

Education Requirement: Minimum SPM or above.
Equipment: Must have own laptop.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in mandarin (spoken and written); those who can communicate in Chinese are preferred.
Personality Traits: Outgoing, good communication skills, attentive and patient.
Skill Requirements: Basic computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and cloud-based tools like Google Sheets.
Experience Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks: Input data, organize documents, record customer information, and maintain system data.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate and work with other departments to ensure a good customer experience.
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints, provide professional solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
Other Administrative Duties: Perform other related tasks as required by the company
