Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in footwear or manufacturing is an added advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, results-driven, and confident in meeting new people
Willing to travel for meetings and marketing activities
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Possess own transport
Responsibilities

Actively seek and develop new business opportunities and clients for OEM/ODM shoe manufacturing
Conduct on-site visits and meetings with potential customers, retailers, distributors, or brand owners
Introduce and promote company products and manufacturing capabilities to new clients
Explore new markets locally and regionally (including export opportunities)
Build strong customer relationships to drive long-term partnerships
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
Collaborate with internal teams (production, R&D, design) to fulfill customer needs
Prepare marketing proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management review
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Follow up closely with leads and convert them into confirmed sales or collaborations
