Our mission is to help clients acquire high-quality leads in the Western market and improve conversion and sales performance through private domain strategies.

Due to business growth, we are hiring hands-on, results-driven media buyers with experience in lead generation and conversion optimization. Join us if you’re performance-focused and passionate about scaling ad success.

Minimum 3 years of experience in international ad buying, with hands-on experience on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google platforms.
Familiar with the full funnel of paid traffic acquisition, lead form collection, and private domain conversion.
Experience in account warming and compliance management to extend account lifespan by avoiding common bans.
Skilled in managing the ad lifecycle and iterating strategies based on real-time performance.
Strong data analysis capabilities to identify bottlenecks and develop actionable optimization plans.
High level of accountability, strong execution skills, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities

Execute advertising campaigns targeting Western markets, focusing on generating high-quality lead forms via Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
Independently manage and optimize ad accounts to consistently improve lead volume and quality.
Safeguard ad account integrity by implementing risk avoidance strategies and maintaining platform compliance to prevent account bans.
Monitor budget spending effectively to ensure cost-per-lead (CPL) remains within targeted thresholds.
Continuously refine ad structure and creatives to ensure stability in key lead quality metrics such as response rate, conversion rate, and closing rate.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and respond quickly to any cost anomalies or performance fluctuations.
