3+ years of professional video editing experience or 2+ years in TikTok/Meta ad production.
Background in social media advertising agency is a plus; understanding of Western audiences is preferred.
Self-driven, independent, and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Familiar with ad policies and creative trends on TikTok/Meta, with a strong sense of compliance and innovation.
Proficient in video editing tools (e.g. Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) and AI avatar platforms (e.g. Heygen, D-ID, Synthesia).
Capable of handling the full production pipeline — from raw editing to digital avatar integration.
Responsibilities

Produce engaging short-form ad videos tailored for TikTok and Meta platforms.
Collaborate closely with the media buying team to brainstorm video scripts and ad copy.
Deliver creative scripts and visuals with high CTR and conversion potential.
Create high-performing creative assets that meet campaign KPIs and marketing objectives.
