Business Development Executive

Opportunity to convert to Permanent staff after 1 year contract period.
Working hours: 10am to 7pm




Qualifications Required

Proven experience in reseller sales, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry,
Strong understanding of reseller dynamics and traditional trade distribution models,
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets,
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills,
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools,
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.


Responsibilities

Sell-Through Management

Achieve and exceed sell-out targets by effectively managing assigned inventory and driving volume through a network of wholesale resellers.
Business Development

Proactively identify and engage new resellers through both digitally through cold call and WhatsApp and in-person field sales.
Account Management

Support senior team members in executing daily tasks, customer communications and engagement strategies, and account activities.
Manage and nurture small reseller accounts with guidance from senior team members.
Ensure regular communication and service quality to maintain reseller satisfaction.
Customer Acquisition

Assist in identifying and onboarding new resellers through both digital (e.g. cold calling) and in-person outreach.
Conduct follow-ups and gather reseller feedback to support business development.
Sales Operations

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
Assist in preparing sales reports and market analysis for performance tracking.
Product Knowledge

Build a strong understanding of our value proposition, product lineup, and pricing.
Stay updated on market trends and share insights with the team.
